At WROBIT, every piece is thoughtfully made with care and intention. We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Any item showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage will not be eligible.

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges (subject to stock availability).

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Return Process

Email us at ankita@wrobit.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Once the returned item passes our quality check, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued as store credit or original payment method (you can choose one).

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We’ll resolve it at the earliest.

WROBIT reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the policy conditions.

Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences; this is not considered a defect.
