  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email / SMS / WhatsApp.

  • Domestic (India): Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout.

  • Any active free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Payment Method

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway at checkout.

Address & Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • WROBIT is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

  • In case of return-to-origin due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images, and we’ll assist you promptly.
